Accordingly, they worked hard on creating innovative programs and activities that could positively affect youth through developing their skills and potentials and through prompting effective participation to prepare a generation able to lead Egypt's future

 
Therefore, the association had held its annual conference under the name “An area for enlighten and a call for change” on the 24th of September 1998. And its objectives were as follows

- discovering one self and interacting with other cultures.
- The effect of innovative education on Youth development.
- Planning the scientific life of youth between the method and the manner. 
-  The marriage between the accumulated legacy and the real life problems
- Democracy as a life method ……. A new vision.
- The Team work challenges in the framework of the civic sector system.
- Renewing the youth culture ….. Towards building effective and creative elite.
- Looking for a new vision for activating  youth participation in the political life.
- The role of Muslim and Coptic youth in strengthening national unity.
- The scientific community and the absence of the needs of the new century.

 
That was what the association focused on in its first phase, and it was followed by a second phase which depended upon a new teamwork, new objectives, and a different vision. Dreamers of tomorrow is dedicated to focuses its attention on youth and their problems to prepare a generation capable of leading the Future.

 

The Association Focus on a number of axis derived from its objectives which include creating a kind of connection between civilizations and the acceptance of the other, rooting volunteerism, developing the educational process through creative education and encouraging the students to express their views, developing youth work and life skills, and promoting equality , democratic values and positive participation. Hence, the association started to focus on discussing recent issues Egypt faces nowadays such as, youth development, educational reform, women empowerment, and governance.
